hmm... personally, I don't mind the lock. Genmay is great for random shit, but annoying, pointless stuff like that is just, well, annoying and pointless. It may be a free-for-all, but I think it should still remain a bit civil.

May seem a corny subject but it was actually quite funny. Well, if you think stuff like this should be locked, can I ask where the ReallyActuallyGeneralMayhem can be located so I can pay again? Anything to have a little fun with my peers.

For me, when you bring up pointless and silly, only thing I can think of is amusing bullshit. Can you tell me what's pointless but still worth reading that doesn't involve humor. Hey if it's to talk with a bunch of fellow geeks on what to do next with a chick, fine. People should know. GeneralMayhem title seems to leave itself open for more than chat.

I tried to bring this up directly with the mod in a PM but no one cared.

I think it should be noted that, although genmay is an offtopic forum, there should at least be a point to a thread. In other words, posting a bunch of random spamming shit is likely to get a thread locked. If genmay was reduced to just a bunch of random spamming shit then it would be no fun for anyone and nobody would pay to post there.

4. I posted in that thread and I have no problems with Lethal closing it.

Let me address this directly for you.

I banned no one out of that thread. In fact, I think it's been months since I've banned anyone out of genmay, and that was some racist tard who had received umpteen prior warnings to cease and desist.

Having fun is the whole point of genmay. I like to kick back there myself from time to time. But like Major said, there are still limits.

"Strictest mod"? I honestly don't think so.

But if you have any issues with the way I moderate in genmay, please feel free to PM me.
