Yup, 2 x 256 pc2100s, one is just standard sdram 2100, the others a spec tek incorporated 2100. It runs 3dmark 01 better, but am I sure I have this right? Im looking @ cpu-z, under memory, showing the cas latency @ 2.0, ras# to cas delay @ 2, ras# precharge @ 2, and cycle time @ 5. BTW, Im a complete & total n00b, so how do I show the cpu-z image one here? My brother wont let me borrow his digital camera, & I dont know how to put the image in the post either.
So: Did I do 2-2-2-5 timings?
& how do I show the cpu-z image for proof?

I don't think you need to show proof. I cranked up my 2 x 512 Mushkin ram to 2-2-2-6 and got away with it, and it is perfectly stable. So it's not all that uncommon. Although, those timings may not be good for your generic memory. Any lockups? Have you let memtest run for awhile? Might want to.
