Generic Host32 Windows crash, disable my sound card :(

hi guys,
after i installed some program which i 4got... my windows crash this " Generic Host32 " and it will remove the driver of my sound card in control panel -> sound ... I still get sound from my games, msn...but i cant use windows media player....
i've try reinstall driver still no luck
