General shipping question

Two packages, the same size and weight, shipped from the same location at the same time using the same service, should they necessarily arrive at the same time?

Are the 2 packages going to the same destination? If so, then they should in all likelyhood arrive together. Only reason this wouldn't happen is if they got separated onto 2 separate trucks early in the shipment and one truck got delayed for some reason.

If sent by a time guaranteed service then yeah. If it's like priority mail or something then when the truck is full then it's just full and package #2 just has to wait for the next one.

If they are going to the same destination then yes they should arrive at the same time but like others said it is still no guarantee. I have ordered two items from newegg (separate orders) at the same time and both shipped at same time but one came a day later, probably because truck was full who knows.
