Is there a section to where you aren't talking about something hardware related, but the viewers of this forum migth be interested in your off topic post?

My example is I am going to Japan for vacation, and wanted to get some idea/opinions of stuff to do there from hardforum members, like any tech related things to go check out, or talk about the technology culture there.
