I can't quote numbers, but I find anything before the 8800 series are fairly uncommon to find.

Ti500's are on Ebay almost weekly, but usually go for high prices. If you want to find one, it is best just to search by part number of specific manufacturers. I got 2 of mine that way over the past year for under $30 each. Mine are just the Nvidia reference / OEM model with the green heatsinks. Really, they aren't all that rare, but specific models may be if they are in high demand at the time.
