Does anyone know exactly what the difference is between the GeForce MX4000 and the older GeForce4 MX4xx series?

Also, does anyone know if there is a dual DVI PCI based card? Not PCI-Express, but just plain old PCI.

It's pretty much the same crap, just renamed to match the "new" naming scheme. Stay away from it.
 
Yes it's a complete piece of junk. MX4000 is like 64 MBit memory bus as opposed to the normal 128mbit. The fastest cards run 256mbit and Samsung(?) and a few others are working on/have 512mbit memoory bus. I got one for the computer I built for my mom solely because it was cheap and she's definately not gaming. If you're gaming don't even loot at one.
