Hi all,
I'm working on a newer notebook that a friend of mine had purchased through the bargain finder.....
He recieved no CD's or manuals or any information on the system. I've been by the manufacturers website but all they do is link you to designer websites. Since Nvidia does not design the drivers for the GeForce Go series they are of no use to me.
The notebook sports a GeForce4 Go 440 128MB Video card and I do have drivers installed for it using some hacked drivers off of guru3d.com. The problem though is that the card reads as a GeForce FX Go 5200 in the device manager and states that its really a 440 GO Geforce4 in the Nvidia Control pannel.
The driver version is 44.77 and I would like to find some real reference drivers possibly newer. Can some one point me the direction of some ledgit drivers for this card. I've spent the last 24 hours looking for them and have yet to locate any.
