Hi!
1º- I have a a7a266-e (4x), can i use a 6800LE (8x)?
2º- what are the best? XFX GeForce 6800 LE Limited Gamers Edition. AOpen GeForce 6800 LE 128MB DDR, Leadtek WinFast GeForce 6800 LE 128MB DDR ? another one?
3ºDoes a PSU Chieftec with 340w can't handle with this?

Yes. 8x is backward compatible with 4x. I doubt there will be much of a performance difference either. Less than 5%. :)
