Geforce 6 series and PCI-E

I've got a new machine on the way and the 6x00s are making me hot for teacher. I'm using PCI-E. Are my only options the 6600GT, the 6800 U, or ebaying a 6800 GTO? I thought for sure the 6800GT and 6800 would be PCI-E by now. Am I mistaken? Does anyone know if there are plans to make PCI-E 6800 nu or 6800GT?

I feel sure we will be seeing PCI-E 6800GT & Ultras by Q4 04/Q1 05. This months issue of Maximum PC has 2 6800Us on the cover.
