i need to squeeze a little more performance out of this piece....

right now i have it at 450/850, its being cooled by my exos. how should i go about finding the max for this card?
 
Keep going until you get unstable performance and artifacts, then bring it down a few mhz.
 
do i adjust both mem and core speeds at the same time or one at a time?
 
i know that that 5600u was not a great overclocking card but what kind of speeds should i expect from it?
