I thought this issue was th emonitor, i think it's the card.

Some things are kindy muddy looking. The graphics in games is awesome, but some text just look sblurry or muddy.

Any guesses on a way around this? Perhaps someoen had an issue similar?

If it helps, it's a CTX FD Trinitron 19 inch PR960F

Maybe the trinitron tube has soemthing to do with it, along with the card.

you enabled AA, you'd heard of it when people say 2xaa/4xaf or some such number ahead of those two. AA blurrs the screen so the graphics looks smoother, the higher the AA the higher the blurriness. you can turn it off in the graphics card advanced options, where you change your resolution (right click on desktop, properties, settings, advanced)

lol..

I wish it was that simple.

I have had Anti-Aliasing off since I bought the card.

I have thouroughly gone through the configuration and turned things on and off.
