GCC for Vista

I've been using cygwin to use gcc for my c programming. I just need to make sure, there is no gcc for vista, right?

Why couldn't you use the same version you use for XP or 2000? There doesn't seem to be any special Vista version, if that's what you're asking.

Unless you're compiling for an old, unsupported DOS extender (with other options available that do work fine), I haven't really heard of any problems.

The MinGW port of GCC works on Vista.
