This was an old Gateway 2000 case I had laying around. I first modded it back in April but just recently bought all the part's for it. This is by no mean's a great machine. It's going to be in my sister's room and it's for the internet and maybe seem's if it can handle it. When I was modding the case it took maybe 2 day's of working to complete. If that. The longest wait time was to go to Home Depot for more cutting disk's.

192mb of PC-100 RAM
Onboard 1mb video
Onboard sound
60 gig Maxtor 5,400 RPM HDD
HP CD-R/W 12x
200 watt Gateway PSU
3 case fan's(2 80mm and 1 120mm)
1 custom modded 80mm fan for the heatsink
Dual Blue Cathodes

The monitor is mine and will not be included with the system when she get's it. My dad is beeing nice ot her and getting her a new LCD. Anyway's that's my sister's new case/computer. Better thant he PII 233mhertz laptop she has now. Comment's are always welcome, no idea's though. I'm done with this.

i used to work for the cow, glad to see someone chop up that case. it actually isn't a terrible case to work inside...much better than the old gateways ::looks down at missing digits on left hand and shudders::
 
Very nice job. My son's computer is in one of those cases. One of the first decent cases Gateway used.
 
It's just cool how the nice case and keyboard just make the monitor look so ... bland.

Great effect at night too! :)
