Gamma blower on 9700pro much diff over default fan?

right now i took out the ATI fan and filled that gap with a round heatsink and an AMD fan on it.

would it be better to keep that fan on it or put on a gamma blower and have it push the air along the card (like you see on all the new Nvidia cards)?
 
Things like that are hard for me to get as i live in alberta canada and have never ordered stuff online :(
