Gaming Vest

@ $169 the price isn't too bad either. I kind of want one, but can't really justify buying it... I don't want to get something and then the dev goes belly up and lose support and or drivers for future games.
 
They had those things at Quakecon and I cannot recommend them at all.

The sensation is that of someone poking your body with a metal rod about 3/8" diameter. I t feels really weird when the ones on your rib-cage poke you.
 
bah... when will we ever have a really groundbreaking step forward in immersion, we've been stuck staring at monitors with mouse and keyboard or a control pad for so long

Wouldn't it be cheaper to have someone shoot you with a BB gun in the appropriate location?
 
i'd prefer gaming socks, or underwear.. nothing like a subwoofer in your shorts
 
That actually looks cool. I still wouldn't buy it cause my wife would just laugh me out of the house. I am still on the cool tech/gamer guy side and not geekwad side, but that would just push me over.
 
i like that a helmet is coming out soon too, maybe when you receive a headshot it knocks you out cold
 
I guess this is a makeshift until somebody builds a live ammunition turret to shoot at you everytime your character gets hit.

It would be cool if PC users could experience rumble without having to use a game controller. It's one of those things that you don't really miss until it's gone.
