I am looking at the following TV right now

http://www.walmart.com/ip/VIZIO-E390I-A1-39-1080p-120Hz-LED-2.95-ultra-slim-Smart-HDTV/23565842

My budget is about $350 but can tap into savings if necessary to make it $400 pre-tax.

Requirements; I dont need anything above 1080p, but I require 1080p. I would like 120hz refresh, but am fine with 60hz. 37-39" preferred.

Specs are as follows for system;
i7 950
12GB DDR3
GeForce GTX 760 2GB

I want to use a TV to maximize my space and use it of course for multiple devices, i.e. Wii-U, Blu-ray player and my computer. I have a HDMI selector, so 2 HDMI ports is fine. I have a limited sized area for my system but I know I can fit a tv just fine ;)

Any thoughts, help?
