I have just put together a new rig, DFI-Lanparty SLI-DR, Evga 6800GT PCI-E, the whole works, yet I continue to have this problem that will not go away not matter what I try, In Direct3d Games, The game will play fine for about 10 minutes, then textures start to flash on and off, computer becomes very choppy and eventually just locks up. I just went to compusa to pick up an ATI x800XL this morning to eliminate video card as the issue, no dice, it still does it, I cannot figure this out, any insight is appreciated. Doesnt matter if the Cpu is at stock or overclocked.

Nevermind you said it didn't matter if ti was at stock or overclocked. Definitely, try memtest 86+ to see if it reports any errors. Could it also be a possibility of over heating?

Sounds like possible memory problems. Try running memtest and see if it has errors.

Er let me Rephrase that, It didnt matter whether I had it on or off, I was still getting the gaming issues, it is off now, and I have installed the patch, just played Battlefield for over an hour and it was just fine.

Oh ok : ") well she is at 2.5GHZ again right now, everything appears to be in order.
