I use wireless(wired isn't available to me) and use channel 5 on my router. I used TCP Optimizer and noticed some people talking about lowering MTU settings to get speedier packets for gaming. I realize packets are sent to/from the ISP and if they are too big, they get chopped down and some is lost causing less than optimal speeds.
Anyways, would I notice any kind of improvement with packetloss / choke if I played with the MTU setting? It's currently the default 1500.
Also, are there any other connection tweaks I can look into?
Thanks
