Gaming - Jerky Screen

Hi,

Sometimes when I play a game, for example Vietcong 2 or Mafia. I my screen gets a little jerky, kinda like a lag.

I have an ATI Radeon 9600 graphics card and AMD 64 processor. With 1GB of RAM. Is there anything I should/could do to try and fix the problem?

what resolutions and such are you trying to play at? a 9600 isnt all that fast but should be sufficient for those games.
