I currently use Sennheiser PX 100, but from continuous use the ear pads have almost decompose.
Also they have no volume control or microphone.

I would like to upgrade into something with decent sound quality, volume control and better comfort for 3-4 hours of use.
I use headphones for gaming and listening to music.

I need as much db as possible to cover noises (yes, yes, i know it is dangerous, but when i use too loud volume i wear earplugs, so i do not damage my ears.).

Microphone is not important, but because i am a desktop-PC guy, i might need it for video-calls, so it is positive for a headset to have one than to have to buy a separate microphone later.

I had a look on Logitech G230 and Logitech G430.
