After looking on what I need to do and having it a bit dusty I think it was time to clean it a little. Maybe add some more cooling for the motherboard or better yet more fans?! :eek:

The main reason I wanted to post this was to get some feedback on my process later on. Not to show off, I really don't care if you hate me for what I have, all I want is feedback.

With that said. My biggest problem is with cables and in this case its really hard to do (look at before pic). I don't want to spend so much money if something is said like add a 2nd pump which in my case wont be needed and I will not be planning to W/C my video cards. I have set the fan speed on both cards to 55% in their bios and it never passed 50C while overclocked on crysis.

If you have anything to say about this rebuild please post.
 
why did you get such an overkill PS?

would have been better if you spent the money on GTXs..

how long until he'll have to replace that PSU vs. how long until he'll have to replace the video cards, as in two, and twice as much...

I just woke up so Im gonna start and do some work on it.

even so, a 800w-1kw PS would be mroe than enough for future proofing and still doesnt cost nearly half of the ultra's cost (i could be mistaken, but isnt it still like 499?)

other than that, yuo basically have my dream setup. how loud is it? w/ that much radiator area and those rads i doubt you are running that fans very fast

always liked the MM cases, just way to big for my limited space

I got the Ultra on sale for $350 a while back at frozencpu.

Its loud, I dont ever lower the fan speeds. :eek: Maybe I should make a video of how loud it is.

Small update: CD Drives and HD's back in, cables are starting to show up. Im still trying to clean my tubing and my tank from all the crap that stuck on there.

You mean you have two 3.120 radiators running at full speed and all you're cooling is the processor? Wow, what are your temps like?

I like stickers :p

Im cleaning tubing, rads, fans and rewireing. Also added NB waterblock SB fan and 2nd videocard.

Water temps it self was 23C no higher and my room is 21C heh.

get rid of that IDE cable quickly...lol..or at least get a black one. Nice setup!
 
im glad you said that I really didnt notice it much. Its a floppy cable :eek: and I changed it just now.

Still got tubes to run and yes they are clean now. My water tank isnt clean yet.
 
I hate those cables Ultra uses, they're too stiff!
 
That seems like it must be a freezer, do you run all the fans really slow? I don't see how all those fans are needed, also, is it silent?

Those green PCBs on the video cards kind of spoil it :p, but still awesome rig man!
 
Bad ass rig dude. You ought to get water blocks for the cards and cool them as well.
 
Since you have 2 of those huge rads why don't you split them. Use 1 for the CPU / Chipset and the other to cool your video cards. You'll need a 2nd pump, but it looks like you have plenty of room and it'll increase your flow since having 2 rads in 1 loop is a lot of resistance. In fact, you may see your CPU temps drop a bit with the increased flow from removing one rad from the CPU loop.

Oh yeah, that rig is badass! :D
 
After all this I have plans to sell this but I dont think anyone will buy it even if I part it out.

Im keeping the PSU.

It's a Mountain Mods cube case, I'm not sure which model though(possibly a U2-UFO). They're extremely customizable, although a bit pricey. You can check out all their models on the Mountain Mods site.
