Can someone recommend me a good setup in which I can play game like Crysis 3 at 4K resolution with settings Maximum. I will prefer a 4K display that has 30 inch screen size.

You can buy a new rig with 7800X3D, RTX 4090, 32 GB DDR5 6000 CL 30 ram, and a 32 inch 4K VA/IPS screen from whoever is your preferred vendor. For me since I like blacks, Samsung NEO G7/G8 are good screens (VA panel) but that 1000R curve is not for everyone. Other options include from LG/ASUS etc. If you want ultra wide then Alienware 34" QD OLED is also available - however, it is not 4K. Other option can be one of the new 27" 4K OLED screens from LG/ASUS etc.

Hope this helps given no budget was mentioned.

Since you're asking in the video cards section I'm assuming you want to know what's the best one to run 4K? That would obviously be the RTX 4090. The vast majority of 4090's will be pretty well built so it doesn't matter too much which model you decide to go for. Just pick whichever model you like the best.

game like Crysis 3
I will suppose you mean the remastered edition and not the original, it is a really hard game to run at native 4k at maximum setting

a 3090TI-6950xt would have a really hard time

You can look at some example :

a 4090 will barely do it, if you do not mind playing an FPS at low 60-70 frame per second, an AMD x3D cpu being the way to go here.

Maximum setting can be a bit absurd too versus high-really high they can have a high performance price for little advantage, but if you want to play at maximum 4k native, you need to go for the highest of the highest and it will not work for every game.

Yeah, I love my NEO G7. Only took a few days to get used to the curve. It's a great gaming screen.
