It somtimes takes 3 to 5 minutes to load a game, I defrag my hardrive once a week, what could be the problem?

Thanx for the replys :D What program should I use to benchmark my HD as I never done this before and what should my scores be ? Also Im not realy sure what can be turned of in the background, I would like to turn them off in start up so I dont have to worry about this anymore.

HDTach is probably the bets diagnostic HDD benchmark. Sandra's results are not consistent. Run HDTach, then use ImageShack/Photobucket/Supload/whatever to host an image of the results.
 
Those results look fairly normal. Are your chipset drivers up to date?
 
disable any "on demand" antivirus software, then try to run the game again.

Your results are almost exactly the same as mine, so the raptor is transferring just fine.

Could be the 64-bit drivers.
 
Try using the microsoft drivers over the nvidia, solved many of my problems and boosted speed.
