Not sure if I should post this here or in games. Oh well.
Help with this problem. I can't seem to get Black&White to play at all on my PC. Game installs fine, then when I click play I get the Black&White logo, then a window will open very quickly and then disappear, and that's it. No error mesages, nothing. Just my desktop. So I,m thinking maybe a defect in the CD. Installed on my old PC, no problems at all. This seems strange because I can install and play any game that I have. I have all background apps closed, all updated drivers, ect. Just a note that when I first installed Windows XP, and installed this game it ran fine. I had to reinstall because there was some major problems with the first install. System seems very stable at all times with no conflicts in device manager. Ran Direct X (9.0b) diagnostic and all looks good. Have recently upgraded memory from single channel to dual channel DDR 1024MB since Windows reinstall( the last time B&W ran OK.) Maybe cause of problem?
