Game Release Dates (can this get a stickie

I vote to make this a sticky.
It should help stop all the post about "when is this game coming out?"
 
I vote sticky too :) this is usefull information, even if it might not be accurate(with release dates slipping now adays), but it sure gives me something to look forward to
 
Yes, this need to be the definitive sticky. All these threads about HL2 and D3 are getting to be a real nuisance.
 
Holy crap, Gone Gold finally got updated! Their release list was out of date for months, but they finally brought it back up. Crazy.

I'd trust GoneGold over Gamespy or the other "conglomerate" sites.
 
Need to just have a moderator start a new thread called "Release Dates" and list the sites to go to for upcoming release dates. He could leave it unlocked i guess so people could post individual release dates for games.
 
No it doesn't need a sticky, the games are released when they are released, often dates posted by those linked sites are quite inaccurate...lol...

but it should end 100 threads about when a certain game is coming out.

I understand that they are not as accurate as people hope. But at least it will give others a general idea of when the game is coming out.

Also
100 - 50 = 50
So that means we will have 50 less threads :D :D

Good grief... we already get 50 threads now doing that. Not to mention the 50 threads about the poster's latest conspiracy theory of why the game was delayed. Sticky is better than having no sticky.
 
It never hurts to have four or five stickies at the top of every forum with common information concerning what the forum is about. Release Dates are a big part of a game forum. A few healthy stickies really do cut down on stupid questions as long as the person takes the time to notice them at the top of the page.
 
I don't think a sticky is required. Besides a link to another site, this thread doesn't actually provide any information stating when games are being released.
