game crashing problems using some new parts.

I recently moved 3 things from my dads computer to mine
1. DVD-R drive, dont think has anything to do with this
2. 480w Antec Trueblue(i previously used a TTGI 450w SuperFlower which worked fine)
3. Radeon 9800 pro hercules 128mb (previously used gf2 also worked fine)

now as soon as i use this stuff, shortly after first boot im loading from my c:/ and it reboots and starts making that clicking noise, and now wont boot off of it, so i think that is scrapped too, I installed a new windows installation on my 160gb that WoW was installed on and now it is starting to crash out of WoW, giving me an error message, and my gfx are cranked pretty high up, but these settings had no trouble on my dads pc.

im running ath 64 3200+ with an50r, and 2x256 khx 3500 bh-5

the fan on the 9800 is making a wierd buzzing noise, i think it needs to be tightened, and i thought that the chip could be overheating, but then again it worked fine in my dads pc... hmnn any suggestions?
