GA-X48-DQ6 Bios Disable

In the Bios for the GA-X48-DQ6 motherboard, how/where do you disable the power saver feature (or what ever it is) that makes the cpu multiplier jump from 6.0x (2ghz) to 8x (2.6ghz) when in windows (watch this happen with cpuz for awhile)? What system to run at full speed.
