GA-8IPE1000 unstable?

aight on this board i added more parts to it (upgraded) and now i have been having more problems. Im trying to figure out if its exaclty the mother board cuasing all this. Im running on a GigaByte GA-8IPE1000, 2.6 p4 800fsb, Giel 1.5 gb dual channel, 2 SATA Western Digital HD Raptor, Gforce FX 5950 ultra, and running a power 400 watt power supply.

After i added everything first it couldnt detect the SATA HDS for a while then suddenly it poped up in the bios, next after installing windows random times it would freeze or crash. I installed windows again and did the same thing. I also installed it on the other harddrive to see if it was the HD but it did it again crash or freeze. Next i ran 3d Mark 05 right after it loaded it crashed lol. Also when i looked under the System Deatails (in 3d mark 05) under the slots listing it keeps saying that the AGP card is on a PCI lol. Heres what it shows... Its been freezing and crashing all day long. There are some other problems im getting too with some apps that wont run right.

If anyone has any i ideas on how to fix this problem or a better way to get everything working i would apreciate it. (I think i need a new board but im not sure) I updated all the drivers and software to the latest but still got the same bad results lol.
