I rescently disassemble my machine to replace the LCD screen, and now some of the keys on my keyboard isn't working. Specifically the F8 key, 4, 5, 6 on the number pad, and the right arrow key. Plugging an external keyboard, everything works. I swapped keyboards with one on another g73 unit, and same problem. Could I have damaged my motherboard or something else somehow?

Most likely the ribbon on the keyboard isn't going in all the way into the connector on the motherboard. Make sure you have it in there nice and tug.

Spray some compressed air into the connector in case something might've gotten stuck when you replaced the LCD screen.

i tried reseating the ribbon a bunch of times, same results. I also blew compressed air into the connector, still no bueno. :(
