My G700 is constantly having problems with the G6 & G7 buttons loosing their assigned functions. They just quit doing anything even if I reset the function to something else.

Anyone else having this issue with their G700?

In windows or in other application? it surely sounds like a dirver problem

Same problem here except it's buttons G7 and G4. I'm on an iMac with Windows 7 booted through bootcamp. When the mouse gets like this the problem persists whether I'm booted in OS X or Windows. Usually problem goes away on its own after a time or when I go into Setpoint and reapply the settings.

I added a few extra profiles with the same configuration to see if changing profiles would correct the problem. Haven't had the opportunity to see if that works.

Might be defective. Hit up Logitech to see what they'll do, I'm sure they'll treat you well.

Ok, I got my issue fixed. After remembering a similar issue that a reviewer had I pulled out the extension cable they sent along with the mouse and plugged the receiver into it. It's now sitting about 2" away from the mouse. No issues with button's anymore.
