G70 branch?

Are there any news on the expansion of the 7 series? Building a shuttle and I was looking for a $300 card and I'd figure in like by mid july i can get a 6800gt at that price (give or take). I'm the kind of guy that doesn't upgrade for like 2-3 years, and my mx440 has served its purpose well, but time to move on.

There will undoubtedly be several variants of G70...but they haven't been announced...and will likely not be around for a couple months...

Who knows when the other models will come out though? nvidia is probably stockpiling non-passing G70 cores (less than 24 pipelines/8 VS good). The last time, it took around 3 months for lesser parts (12 pipeline NV40-core 6800) to appear after the 6800 Ultra and 6800GT were available.
