G5 problem with Steam-games

Hi,

since my last update of the setpoint drivers i'm having problems with steambased games as i can not change the sensivity of my G5 correctly, it's inverted and SLOW as hell, like 30 seconds till respond. The Setpoint drivers/program is version 3.3. WinXP pro x86 fully updated.tried CS:S DOD:S and Dark Messiah.

anyone knows a fix? is this a setpoint or Steamproblem?

I'm not completely sure but I think that my boys are using the latest drivers for their G5 mouse and they play Dark Mesiah just fine as far as I know. At least they haven't complained to me about it.

I'll check out their pc's tonight and see if they are indeed using the latest version of SetPoint. The only thing different is that they're running on Vista Home Premium instead of XP.
 
Try un-installing the drivers, then reinstall, or try a system restore point a day before installing the drivers. If the system restore point works, try installing the new drivers again.
