G'day all,
Has anyone had tried out our seen any reviews for either the BenQ G2412HD or the Asus VH232H?
At the moment I'm trying to decide which monitor to get, and these two are the only candidates I could find with HDMI, DVI and VGA in my price point, which I need. The VH232H is going for $280 and the G2412HD for $300.
I'm thinking stuff like backlight bleed, decent grays/blacks and such. I dont use the monitor for photo editing so color accuracy doesn't really bother me unless its horribly bad like some of those Samsungs which have a blue tinge (though I'd still rather a standard gamut).
I'm struggling to find info on these monitors and would hate to buy one and find out it has hideous backlight bleed or terrible dark greys... refund policies in Australia suck from most stores. If it aint broke, restocking fees are high.
