G-Sync flicker at load screens

My diablo 3 load screen flickers with gsync. It bugs the crap out of me. But no I don't think there is anything you can do, besides using ulmb instead

I have not experienced this problem with my PG278Q running at 144 Hz with G-sync enabled.
 
I had this happen on my BenQ while using the Blur Buster utility so I stopped using it for that reason
along with it fused my eyes shut after trying to wake up after a gaming session.
