Anyone had any experience with the G.Skill RMA process recently? I've sent 2 e-mails in the past 2 weeks trying to get a response with my RMA number but with no luck, should I just call the phone number listed on newegg for a better shot at it?
Yes I've done it 3 times (lol). they responded to me within 2 days each time i emailed them. Once i shipped the RAM, it took about a week to receive my replacement set.
So you say that you already have your RMA number? what else do you need help with? you just need to ship it after your receive the number.
GSKILL is the fastest RMA Experience I ever had. 5 Business days total....Shipped out my ram Priority mail and they shipped it out 3 days after using Fedex Express Saver which arrived in 2 days.. Mailed defective ram Monday got brand new ram Friday
I've been trying for about a month now. I've sent them 4 emails and nothing is working. I've sent the email to the rma email address as well as the ustech address and no response at all.
What would be a telephone number I could call now? I'm in the same boat as you are.
Wow this is just getting ridiculous, it's been over 3 weeks now and still not a single e-mail I've sent my RMA form to rma@gskill.com, to ustech@gskill.com and still absolutely nothing back, I've sent 6 seperate e-mails, I've double and triple checked to make sure I'm sending it to the right address, and I've read around including the poster above me that aren't getting responses either, I honestly just don't know what to do from here. If a company ever wanted to turn me off from owning their product again G.Skill is doing just about everything right.
Have you tried this phone number? It's on their website.... 1-909-598-6860....it's the USA Tech Support number...I'd at least try that...see if they can help you out.
Geez dude, has it ever occurred to you that MAYBE they're running a Spam Firewall (hardware) that is accidently red-flagging your email address as spam and not being delivered? Things like that happen all the time, give them a phone call..It's much easier to call and talk to a live person, thats ofcourse if you're not too shy...
