So, I put in a newegg order for the 2x2gb cosairs XMS2 but the tracking info said "undeliverable as addressed". newegg customer service wasn't sure why it happened but said the package was on its way back to newegg and I will be refunded. I'm at college so its a college address, but it never stopped packages from newegg in the past. So I took this as a sign to not order the corsairs and just get g.skills. (and the 3 dollars off corsairs coupon code doesn't work anymore -.-)

So I know these highly recommended sticks for $45

but how does it compare to these that i've just noticed:

Dam that's a hell of a price break on the PI's last I looked they were like $70. Yes for $5 I'd take the PI's

Nice prices and maybe it is a sign. Though I don't think you can do wrong with either.

The Pi Black sticks are really a very good deal. However, if you intend to overclock, I would recommend these sticks for $5 more instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231145

They're rated for 500MHz instead of 400MHz, so you'll be able to hit higher FSB speeds without having to overclock the memory.
