FXAA Post Process Injection Tool was updated to FXAAToolHG4 in mid-December with the intriguing changelog note "Now with HDR shader".

I found this in the process of trying to get rid of terrible jaggies in Mass Effect 2; my GTX 275 seems to reject any method of getting rid of them. FXAA Tool had some effect on some of the jaggies but not most of them. I have not tried it with other games yet.
HardOCP did a big article on FXAA earlier this year, decribing FXAA as looking as good as 4x MSAA or MLAA, with very low performance hit and being extremely compatible even with games that don't do AA:
