Hello i recently bought a mini computer, it has 2 low profile PCI slots. and i am wondering what video card to get.

Newegg comparison link

the computer has onboard gforce 6150, and was wondering how much more performance these 2 cards give over it? is the X1550 card worth the 95$ price over the much cheaper FX5200?

i cant find any benchmarks comparing the two, but im pretty sure the X1550 is quiet abit faster then the FX5200. am i correct?

also does the X1050 come in low profile form? cant seem to find any.

anyother low profile cards out there that i should look at?

thanks.

x1550 all the way. Its not even a close call.

-x1550 isn't a "gamer" card, but does well enough. Out of the three this is best bar none. Heres a brief review... http://www.overclockersonline.net/index.php?page=articles&num=1021&pnum=0
-5200 pci was the absolute budget card of the 5 series from about 4 years ago. The 5 series was an absolute flop and this was the worst in the batch. One of my friends said it best... "the 5200 is like a bag of shit. Overclocking it is like lighting that bag of shit on fire.. its still shit, but now its hot".
-6150 is really just a slight upgrade for those who want more features than onboard has to offer.

Thank you for you input, ill go for that one soon.

i wonder why the lowprofile X1550 is so expensive compared to the normal X1550

95$ vs 35$. not fair! :(
