I'm using a FX5200 with the 53.03 Forceware drivers in my HTPC right now. After a couple of days using this the screen all of the sudden has a "zoomed" look to it. The desktop extends past the TV's borders. I find this strange just because it happens a few days after the drivers were installed. I made no changes to them.

This is my first experience with a Nvidia based card in a long while and i'm assuming its driver related. The nforce2 IGP did the same exact thing to me after a few days.
 
I've also seen that before. It's probably a driver bug.
 
did you check the overlay settings in your disp props? i had that happen to me.
