FX series

aus might have diff naming schematics so thats probaly like 400us for a 6800 who knows

They just decided to use those letters.

The REAL FX cards are the GeForce FX5200-GeForce FX5950.

Nvidia dropped the FX name, but thats just the prefix to all their cards in the past and their current Quadro line as well.

Now he is saying that his system recognizes it as "FX/NX6800 Series" why is that then if it is not a FX card?

Just naming conventions, nothing to get excited about

The card you linked to was a 6800 non-ultra.
