FX-55 temp question

O.K. I have a stock FX-55 with the Thermalright XP-120 on it. It obviously blows into the heatsink and I have a fan on the side panel that sucks air into the case, its aligned right with the CPU fan. Now my temps at full load can hit like 51 celsius, is this ok? What temps should I start getting worried at?
 
Seems a tad high for a xp120. Ive got my 3000+ venice oced to 2.5ghz with 1.52volts and my temps are about 51 load with a stock like heatsink and fan. Make sure its making good contact with the cpu but 51 load is nothing to worry about, anything below 60 is fine but start worrying at anything above 55 degrees celsius.
