What should i buy? a AMD 3000+ and Geil PC3200 ram. I already ABit NF7 and 9800Pro. Or should i buy a AMD64 3200+, newmobo and new ram? Which do u think would be the wisest decsion?Thnks in advance...

Just keep the 2400 for now!
 
I'd wait for the new intel chips to come out, prices will be much lower by then i bet. but if you really want it now, option 1, save the cash for an upgrade later on.

I would go to newegg and buy a mobile athlon 2400 for $77. You should get an oc of between 2.3-2.5 ghz. See how that tides you over.
