Upper left picture shows what it looks like on normal power mode. Remaining 3 pictures show some of the characters shown when the "self test" mode is activated. Only took 3 pictures of the self test mode, there were 6 or 7 screens showing all the characters it supports. As you can see, it works fine.
It's a parallel display, but easily can be converted to serial. I've had it for awhile, been deluding myself that I will use it someday. Yes, it will fit for a drive bay mod.
