I'd like to put together a nice, quiet setup that stays reasonably cool (air). I don't plan on OC'ing, it'll be an Athlon 64 and SLI setup. I'll probably have a Raptor or two in this rig as well, along with 2 other 7400 RPM HDDs. That means keeping the whine down.

I like this Lian-Li with the separate compartment for the HDD/PSU. That would let me muffle the noise pretty easily. Only problem I see with that case is that it doesn't have a hinged side door--not a requirement but nice--and I guess the $200 price tag is a bit steep as well. Call $200 an upper limit for a case. PSU/fans not included.

What I'm NOT looking for is pretty. I'll work with a beige case and I don't care about lighting at all. I'm not dating my PC, just gaming on it (my wife might argue about that.)

Ideas, links & pics are appreciated.
