Fullcover waterblock scratch

I have been working on a rebuild of my computer and noticed a thin scratch on my gpu block. When the light catches it right it looks like there is a hair on the block. Does anyone know how I could get rid of it? If anyone needs pictures I can upload but since I am on my phone it is kinda a pain in the butt. Thanks for any help
 
what material is the block? If it really is a hairline scratch you should be able to polish it out
 
So its just on the cover plate and a cosmetic thing?
