Hey, question for those who know! I have a 25/10 connection (dsl), and my speedtest actually shows 25/10. however upload through ftp or HFS will hover @ 550k-575k. IS this an overhead issue or is something else limiting me ?

server is filezilla ftp server for windows, and hfs well it's hfs.

Windows 8 x64, intel network card (pcie) and i had the same setup with windows home server 2011 and the speed was roughly the same, so I can only guess software, router , isp.
