Hi, I am building my friend a new computer which includes the following parts.

AMD Athlon 3200 socket 939
eVGA Motherboard
eVGA 7800 GT Video Card
1.5MB of RAM
120GB 7.2K HDD SATA II

And i wanted to know if the FSP Group (Fortron Source) FSP350-60THN-R ATX12V 350W Power Supply would be enough to power overclock both the video card and the CPU. It is 350Watt and i am on a budget. Should i get a 400+ Watt PSU, i have about $50-$80 to spend on it.

Link to the PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104936

Thank you

Cory

A bad 400+ PSU won't be any better. If it were me I would be looking at a beefier PSU ;)
I would start looking at the Xclio 450w.

I just bought the same PSU,,,

But i have the following
-3200+
-2x512 ram
-80gb hd
-dvd burner
-6800gs
-epox npa9+
-3 fans

will the 350 watt psu be enough to overclock?
