if I do its ES.... I have a e6400 that will clock to 3.2...

I need an X3220, ES is fine if you do. I currently have four Dell servers, three of them have X3220's but one has a Xeon 3060. Q6600 is essentially the same chip as the X3220 but I don't think the Dell's have the microcode to boot them. I'm trying to phase out my dual cores.

oh... sorry I am still waking up... most of my es are c2d the only c2q I have is that Q6600
I actually do have some es quads on my display on my desk (I have like a cpu from every gen lol) um but I am pretty sure its just a 2ghz one and 771... only 775 quad I have is the Q6600... I think... I will check
 
What are specs on the C2D ES?
What's the skinny on the FX-62?
Which socket for the P4 Xeon ES?

I'm interested in all 3.

post your folding sig... these deals are reduced in cost for hard folders...

I have a few c2d of mixed speeds... some 1066fsb some 1333 I know I have a e6400 equiv
and I think I still have the e6750 and e6850

the fx62 is am2 socket... last of the fx for that socket... ddr2 support doesn't overclock worth anything....

Ah, I didn't realize which section this was in (just clicked "new posts"). Well if available to everyone let me know I'll likely be interested in the C2D ES at least the 1066 FSB chips.

If it doesn't sell here I will close the thread here and post in open... albeit slightly higher prices...
 
I saw fx-62 $15 and I was thinking 939 (which is fx-60), holy crap buy that! but then I saw am2. :(

yeah well... I wouldn't be selling it that cheap if it was 939...
I went from 754 to am2 did build some 939 3800s for someone but never owned one...

hmm added some more cpus to the list...

Would you happen to have any socket 771 xeons laying around? I'd like to rebuild my fileserver to do Linux SMP during its downtime and I have a lead on a nice IPMI-capable dual Xeon board.

either way they are from scrap piles and are unsellable...

part of the 42 salvaged june before last...

Sorry not to jack a thread. Noble if he doesnt and ur sure u need a 771, I have a quad core 3.2 from a dell workstation, again, if he doesnt have 1
