You know, with how you've worded this, I couldn't help but laugh and remember the Ebay scams where someone would sell an item "box", and the buyer only got the box... just as the auction had described!

You could argue for the 5970 you're not including the 5970 video card, based on your wording, and the wording for the other two items.
